About this course
SAP Ariba is SAP's cloud procurement suite and SAP Business Network connects buyers with millions of suppliers. Companies that run their purchasing on S/4HANA move sourcing, contracts, supplier management and indirect buying to Ariba, and consultants who know both the Ariba modules and the S/4HANA integration are hard to find.
The course starts with the Ariba suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Guided Buying, Catalogs, Business Network, Spend Analysis), the realm, users, groups and approval flows, and the master data that comes from the ERP. You then run the source-to-pay process end to end: supplier request, registration and qualification, RFI, RFP and RFQ events and auctions with bid analysis and awarding, contract workspaces with templates, clause library and e-signature, requisitions with catalog, non-catalog and Guided Buying items, purchase orders on the network, receiving, service sheets, invoices, invoice reconciliation and payment.
You then manage catalogs (CIF, cXML, punch-out), Guided Buying policies, supplier enablement on SAP Business Network and the Cloud Integration Gateway to S/4HANA, with reporting across the suite. The course ends with a source-to-pay case study and preparation for the SAP Certified Associate exams in Ariba Procurement and Ariba Sourcing. Every topic is shown live in an Ariba realm, and every session is recorded.
