About this course

Skills get you shortlisted; communication gets you hired. Most freshers lose offers in the HR round, the group discussion or the first "tell me about yourself", and most working professionals lose promotions in meetings and emails. This short course fixes that, with practice and feedback, and it pairs with every SAP, AI and software course at BCS Learning Hub.

The course starts with spoken English for work (fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary for meetings and calls), written communication (emails, messages, reports) and presentations, then the job search: a resume that passes screening, a LinkedIn profile that gets found, the job portals and how to apply, and aptitude basics for the online tests.

You then practise interviews: the HR round (introduction, strengths, salary, situational questions), the technical round (explaining projects, thinking aloud, handling what you do not know), group discussions and case rounds, with mock interviews recorded and reviewed, and finish with the first 90 days at work: professionalism, time management, teamwork and feedback. Every session is live and recorded.
